Job Summary

Our Client is InSearch of a Bilingual HR/Payroll Assistant to join their team. This person provides support to the Payroll Administrator and assists the HR Department. This opportunity starts right away!

Responsibilities and Duties

-Time sheets
-Filing of Payroll
-Enter New Hire information
-Complete employment verification
-Maintain and update employee information
-Coordinate and conduct interviews
-Translate documents into Spanish as needed
-Review candidate applications
-Assist with Employee events
-Sort and distribute checks
-Interpreting
-Special Projects
-Various other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

-High School Diploma or GED
-Bilingual
-1-2 years experience in a related role
-Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, --Word, and Outlook
-Organized and detail oriented
-Excellent oral and written communication
skills
