Accounting Clerk (7213JM)

Responsibilities and Duties

-Accounts Payable duties pertaining to expense reports
-Communicate with a large client base regarding expense reimbursement and tax questions
-Calculate payroll tax deductions and earnings
-Analyze payroll reports for multiple clients nationwide and internationally
-Responsible for tracking expenses of each individual contact

Qualifications and Skills

-2-3 years of current payroll and accounts payable experience preferred
-Exposure to multiple accounting software systems needed
-Excellent data entry skills, including 10-key
-Knowledge of basic computer software applications such as MS Outlook, Word and Excel
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Good problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task, maintain focus and meet deadline
