Signing up with InSearch Recruiting is a simple but thorough process. After you complete our application and provide a resume, we’ll assess your skills.  Depending on your background, we may test you on your industry experience, software knowledge or your office skills. 

We’ll interview you either on the p
hone or face-to-face, to get a clear understanding of who you are and what you want. We’ll discuss your career goals, your experience and what work environments you prefer.  Our goal is your success, and the more we know about you, the better chance we have of finding the right position for you.

Once this process is
complete, we’ll identify companies and positions that are a good fit.

Our involvement doesn’t end there. We help you through the interview process with up-to-date company information and
interview tips that help you stand out amongst other candidates.

For direct hire positions, we negotiate your salary and benefits package. With extensive national and area salary data, we ensure that you’re fairly compensated for your work.
