Our client is InSearch of an Accountant to oversee all financial operations including bookkeeping for multiple entities. The ideal candidate has a strong skillset in reconciliations, is detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Compensation: $65,000-90,000 Annually
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks for multiple locations.
- Export data into Excel to reconcile a high volume of operating bank accounts.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, intercompany entries, and oversee month-end processing.
- Responsible for processing payroll and expense reimbursements for various properties.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with financial statement preparation.
- Review financial information, provide analysis and report to upper management.
- Assist CPA firm with audits and year-end tax returns.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of current experience in an Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeping role
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with equivalent experience preferred
- Industry experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks necessary
- Effective written and verbal communication skills a must
