Compensation up to $90K
Responsibilities
- Oversee and finalize monthly, quarterly, and Year-End closing of financial statements
- Lead in all accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, deferred revenue, cash receipts, daily journal entries, human resources, office administrations, payroll, product sales and orders, and inventory
- File monthly sales/use tax reports and monthly trial balance reconciliations
- Build reports and analysis for all departments
- Primary contact on providing explanations and documentation for annual third-party audit
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required
- Strong general ledger experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Sage Intacct a plus
