Our client is InSearch of a Human Resources Generalist for a business group within this dynamic and growing company – Multiple business segments operating independently with opportunity to grow and engage your existing team.
Responsibilities
- Work with other departments to develop and implement company strategies
- Analyze and develop solutions for human resource and organizational structure needs
- Develop and plan for attracting new employees and retaining current employee.
- Transactional HR responsibilities in all facets including employee relations and recruiting.
- Work side by side with sales team to develop plan of action to find best practices for training developing current team members
- Onboarding new hires to ensure positive experience
- Create and implement new policies and procedures and company growth continues in all departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3+ years human resource experience
- Preferred designations: PHR, SHRM-SCP
- Prefer experience with ADP
