Our client is InSearch for a Treasury Supervisor. Oversee Treasury Department and operations pertaining to treasury activities including assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions. This position manages a small team of analysts and is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This is a HYBRID position allowing for IN-OFFICE and REMOTE work. Local candidates only.
Compensation: $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Support cash forecasting process and cash management strategies
- Evaluate new banking products and serve as a liaison with banking institutions
- Analyze and consolidate all operational cash flow statements
- Complete monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for upper management
- Oversee Treasury Analysts and assist with ACH and wire transfer questions to ensure banking activities are accurately maintained
- Develop, train, and maintain treasury policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
- Minimum 3 years of treasury and related accounting experience a must
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
